Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• The product is not damaged by the customer

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Clearance or sale items
• Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment type

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
